The last time I wasn't provided a receipt so I couldn't leave a survey. On that visit people walked out sue to dissatisfaction with the service.
Tonight there is a manager going on with someone on the telephone IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS about someone who walked out and the manager chose to carry on the conversation with the other party on the phone and disregarded waiting on me first. The other attendant with the headset walked right by me to the exit doors and stood there looking out the door into the parking lot.
I did an on line order. Somehow it never showed up at the store. The manager, she was very good. She fixed my order and it was good.

Everything went perfectly. Our order was ready quickly, all of our items were correct even though we made substitutions and additions, and our food was well made.
This is the second time I've visited this Taco Bell in Burgaw NC within two weeks.
Now both the manager and the other attendant are carrying on about the employee that never returned from break. This is sickening. Taco Bell is supposed to be better than this. This is the poorest service and display of unprofessionalism I've seen in quite some time.
If I could give 0 stars I would. They gave us the wrong order. Then told us she didn't hand it out to us and she did. Waited 15 mins for the wrong order. Spent 10 mins telling them they gave us the wrong order and they argued with us saying they didn't. I am not happy with them at all.
