I got placed on hold. After 15 mintues of being on hold I got hung up on. Tried to call back and no one will answer the store phone. This store has some crappy Customer service.
Poor and nasty atmosphere. Frequently mess up orders and the food is not really hot.
I've always felt out of place here. When I was in high school, all the upper echelon of the high school would go there and I never fit in with those people. Now that I am older and I don't care anymore, this place is great! Food is simple but good, great tunes, and the services isn't bad.
Have been here many times and the food was great. I think management must have changed. At this point the food and staff lack a lot to be desired. Not just my opinion. Alot of the other customers have been saying the same. I won't be back. 3 strikes and you're out in my game.
Ordered hamburger steak dinner today with double fries. Went to pick up and noticed there was slaw. Not a problem, easy to correct.. The cook decided to transfer there steak and fries to new plate. No problem. Heres the problem.. He picks up the fries from the old plate with his bare hands..bare hands.. and places them on my new plate. Then wipes his hands in his pants.. Seriously..... I was standing there the entire time watching.. Of course I brought it to their attention and he put on gloves and got me new fries. The fact that this was done all with me standing there makes me question their daily sanitary practices.. Is this their norm.? I don't eat there often and not sure if I will again.
